Proposed Model for The Electronic Link between The Arab World

The study aimed to identify the e-government "concept, its objectives, its benefits and the most important obstacles that prevent them from being used in Arab countries", in addition to the electronic link between the countries of the Arab world. To achieve the objectives of the study, he took a sample of the e-government applications in Arab countries, focusing on the field of electronic link among them, gathered information from books, websites, research and scientific papers. The most important result of the study, all the Arab countries are using e-government applications, the infrastructure that enables electronic link between the Arab countries in all transactions, which facilitates the implementation of the proposed interconnection model . The study ended with a series of recommendations was to the importance of developing laws, legislation and standardization among the Arab countries, taking into account the cultural diversity between countries, and the training of human staff.

Although some of the problems that may face the application of electronic connection, but the concept will bring a lot of features such as cost-cutting and other benefits contribute to improving the delivery of government services. The proposed model provides many benefits to the Arab world. This work provides an initial attempt to clarify that the electronic link can be used to unite the Arab countries, which will bring many advantages, including access to services quickly, and reduce operating costs, and provide contribute databases in building strategic plans and reliable information. The main objective of the proposed model, is to provide a viable model for investigating the needs of these countries making use of those resources and government information technology available to them effectively and efficiently.
