The results showed that the information system data center accreditation forms can improve data processing accreditation forms and documentation neat. With the aid of an office automation can produce output from a file system that facilitates in compiling the data required in the preparation of the accreditation forms.

After the completion of this research is done, then it can be concluded that the availability of data center information system model of the preparation of the accreditation forms are expected to provide facilities for obtaining accreditation forms of data. Ease obtained in the form of flexibility to obtain information about the accreditation forms without having to re-record every activity of a study program as outlined in the standard one to seven. In order for implementation of this system can be implemented properly to consider the technical factor and non-technical can affect the success. In general, nontechnical factors are more dominant than the technical factors, therefore, a profound understanding of the nontechnical factors are indispensable when designing and implementing these systems.
