The concept of Cloud computing has significantly changed the field of parallel and distributed computing systems today. Load balancing is a methodology to distribute workload across multiple computers, or other resources over the networks to achieve optimal resource utilization, maximize throughput, minimum response time, and avoid overload. In this project, we create two different servers in a cloud. This server is connected through IP addresses of each other and server synchronized at a given time span. When a client download file from 1st or 2nd server and instantly same client download other file from same server then 2nd file automatically shift to the 2nd server and download the file. If again same client gives a new file to download list then client wait for some given time span. Hence load balancing will be done. And we covered other requirements of cloud computing for access control, migration, security, data availability, trust issues and sensitive information.

In present paper, discussed with the cloud computing necessities for access control, migration, security, data availability, trust issues and delicate information. Load balancing is one of the main challenges in cloud computing. It is a mechanism which distributes the dynamic local workload evenly across all the nodes in the whole cloud. This will avoid the circumstances where some servers are heavily loaded while others are idle or doing little work. It helps to achieve a high user level security and server utilization ratio. Hence, this will improve the overall performance and server utilization of the servers system. It also ensures that every computing resource is distributed efficiently and fairly. In this paper, we present some terms and challenges faced in the cloud computing and tries to solve them efficient manner.
