“Bus Information System for Heterogeneous Users” conveys that for various users like Smartphone users, Mobile users and PC users can get bus route information as required by them. There will be n number of clients requesting for the information and a cloud server will give real time updates to its clients using RFID. The Admin will be responsible for managing the bus routes.
Using Glass-Fish can increase the extensibility of system. The development of Android application makes the system user friendly. The RFID used reduces the complexity and overall cost of the system. The MySQL and serialization databases improve the overall efficiency of the system. The clients can thus save their time of waiting for a bus for hours.
